Azdion Galaxy Terms of Use

By viewing, browsing, and interacting with AzdionGalaxy.com as a whole, you (the user) agree to the following terms:

1. USE OF CONTENT AND WORKS You agree to use the content of AzdionGalaxy.com (excluding forum submissions) only in a way permitted by the creator.

   1.a Excluding forum submissions, all content and works displayed free of charge on AzdionGalaxy.com and its subsites are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike unless otherwise noted.

   1.b Forum submissions are copyrighted by the users who post them (unless otherwise noted), and permission should be obtained from them before using forum works or content.

   1.c If you are unsure of the copyright status of something, or if you wish to use content on AzdionGalaxy.com in a way other than those already permitted, please contact L. James using the information on the contact page, or contact the owner of the work or content.


2. ETIQUETTE

You agree not to vandalize the AzdionGalaxy.com website or harass the users of AzdionGalaxy.com in any way.

   2.a Intentionally "breaking" the AzdionGalaxy.com layout (by making overly-wide posts to the forums, etc.) is forbidden. Such posts will be deleted or edited without warning.

   2.b Misuse or abuse of forum permissions is not tolerated. Users guilty of this will be stripped of their permissions, suspended, or banned depending on the severity.

   2.c "Spam", or any other unsolicited advertising, will be deleted. Forum accounts created for this purpose will also be deleted. Severe and repeated spamming will result in an indefinite IP ban.

   2.d Harmful content such as viruses and phishing attempts will be deleted, and will result in a permanent IP ban from the forums.

   2.e Inappropriate (over a PG-13 level) or pornographic content is strictly forbidden and will result in account deletion.

   2.f "Trolling" in any form (this includes being rude, stalking, "flaming", etc.) is strictly forbidden. Under no circumstances is harrassing a user in any way on AzdionGalaxy.com allowed, and doing so will result in a ban or deletion of the offending forum account.

   2.g Endorsement of anything illegal (anything from pirating music to murder) will result in forum account suspension, ban, or deletion depending on the severity.

   2.h Comments which are racist, bigoted, or otherwise offensive toward a particular religion, philosophy, or group of individuals (whether it be based on gender, sexual preference, beliefs, or anything else) are strictly forbidden. Such comments will be deleted and offenders will be subject to banning.

   2.i Emails to AzdionGalaxy.com containing any of the above will be deleted, and not replied to.


3. FORUMS

By viewing joining the AzdionGalaxy.com forums, you agree that you are over the age of thirteen (13) years.

   3.a Faking your age when joining will result in a suspension if you are caught. The suspension will be lifted once you are of the proper age.

   3.b By joining you agree to be mature and polite, and you agree to these terms.

   3.c By posting anything to the forums, you automatically agree to the rules of the forum you are posting in.

   3.d By posting items such as art and (non-quoted) text to the forums, you agree that you own the copyrights to this content or have permission to post it.


4. AZDION GALAXY

The webmasters (Meg James and L. James) and forum Administrators of Azdion Galaxy have the right to do any legal thing they wish.

   4.a Any content and the terms of the content on AzdionGalaxy.com can be changed, removed or added without warning if deemed necessary. This includes forum content.

   4.b Forum accounts may be suspended, banned, or deleted without warning if deemed necessary. IP bans may be put in place depending on the severity of offenses.

   4.c These terms can be changed or added to without warning.

   4.d AzdionGalaxy.com and its owners are not responsible for the behavior of its users, though we try as hard as humanly possible to keep the whole website clean.

   4.e AzdionGalaxy.com and its owners are not responsible for intentional or unintentional copyright infringement on the forums, though we try as hard as humanly possible to prevent, catch, and correct such offenses.

   4.f AzdionGalaxy.com and its owners are allowed just enough rights to user submissions to display them on the AzdionGalaxy.com domain, but will not "steal" works or content belonging to forum users.

   4.g No Webmaster or Administrator on AzdionGalaxy.com should EVER ask for your personal information (this includes usernames, email addresses, and passwords). Some information is required for joining and logging into the AzdionGalaxy.com forums, but most of this is kept private. If a person asks for this information, you are under no obligation to provide it and may report them to Administrators. For your safety, NEVER enter your AzdionGalaxy.com login information on a website other than AzdionGalaxy.com!
